Three Years Strong: Celebrating Our Partnership with Paycor

We’re quickly approaching the third anniversary of Finch and Paycor joining forces to unlock greater connectivity across the employment ecosystem. In the years since, our partnership has opened new paths for application developers to integrate with Paycor and given hundreds of employers a secure, reliable way to share their data with the third-party tools they rely on.

Recently, we reached a new milestone in our partnership: Finch customers can now apply to become official partners on the Paycor Marketplace, representing an accelerated path to partnership with the HCM platform.

A foundation of trust, built early

Paycor, a Paychex company, is a leading HR and payroll provider supporting more than 50,000 businesses. One of our earliest partners, Paycor was among the first to recognize the value and potential of our mission to build the infrastructure that powers every facet of work. Paycor’s trust in our unified API and vision for open, employer-permissioned data access has translated into better outcomes for developers and employers alike.

Years ago, Paycor recognized that more and more customers wanted to sync their employment data across the systems they used, but building direct integrations with the entire ecosystem of employment applications wasn’t realistic or economically viable. By working with Finch, Paycor unlocked access to integrations with any Finch customer. Together, we’ve connected hundreds of employers to their third-party applications through this infrastructure.

What’s new: a faster path to partnership

Recently, we took our collaboration with Paycor one step further: developers who integrate with Paycor through Finch are eligible to become official Paycor Marketplace partners.

Forging new partnerships can often be a lengthy process that involves building an integration from scratch and then carefully validating the connection. Thanks to the partnership and existing integration between Finch and Paycor, this step is effectively eliminated, meaning Finch customers benefit from a faster, more direct path to partnership with Paycor.
