Nick Brown is Head of Benefits Technology Strategy at Guardian, where he leads the benefits-technology ecosystem connecting the carrier to more than 30 benefits administration and payroll partners. Nick came up through delivery and program leadership: building a project management office in group life claims at Liberty Mutual, running project portfolios at Lincoln Financial, then launching direct-to-consumer retail products at Guardian. He now spends his time on market analysis, building internal consensus, and turning partnership strategy into live connections.
