Finch Named to Inc.'s 2026 Best Workplaces List
When we started Finch, we set out to revolutionize employment by building the infrastructure that powers every facet of work. But along the way, we've been just as intentional about building the kind of workplace where great people can do their best work, and genuinely enjoy it.
Today, we're proud to share that Finch has been named to Inc.'s 2026 Best Workplaces list recognizing American companies that have built exceptional cultures, whether in-person, remote, or hybrid.
The award is based on a comprehensive evaluation of real employee survey feedback, covering critical workplace elements like management effectiveness, perks, professional development, and overall company culture. We’re honored to receive this recognition that reflects the culture our team builds together every day.
"We've been deliberate about building a team that's curious, moves fast, and holds a high bar for each other," said Jeremy Zhang, co-founder and CEO. "It comes from hiring people who care about the work and then giving them the context and trust to go do it. This recognition reflects the team we have, not a program we run."
Our workplace culture
We've always believed that the best products come from teams that feel trusted, challenged, and supported. Our values — execution, curiosity, humility, and empathy — shape how we make decisions, how we support our customers and each other, and how we hold ourselves accountable.
- We move fast, together. It’s better to make the wrong decision and learn from it than to make no decision at all. We prioritize clarity and context so everyone can fall forward and execute with confidence.
- We stay curious. The employment data ecosystem is complex and constantly evolving. We hire people who ask good questions and dig deeper — then we give them the space to explore.
- We lead with empathy. Whether it's designing a developer experience, supporting an employer through onboarding, or giving a teammate feedback, empathy is how we build trust.
- We win as a team. Humility means recognizing that no one has all the answers. We celebrate progress, share credit, and learn from what doesn't work.
This recognition is a signal that those values are showing up in the day-to-day experience of our team. That's what we care about most.
"The best infrastructure companies are built by people who are genuinely interested in solving mission critical problems," said Ansel Parikh, co-founder and COO. "Employment data is messy and fragmented, and solving that takes people who like digging into complexity. We've tried to create an environment where that kind of work is rewarding, where people feel ownership over what they're building. It's good to see that showing up in how the team experiences Finch day to day."
Building for the long term
We're growing quickly, and with that growth comes a responsibility to be intentional. Scaling a company is hard, but scaling a culture is harder. We're committed to investing in the things that make Finch a place where people want to stay and grow, not just a place where they land.
That means continuing to listen, continuing to iterate on how we work, and continuing to put our people first — even when it's not the easiest path.
This recognition belongs to every person at Finch. You're the ones who show up, push each other forward, and make this a place worth building.
